Free and Reduced Lunch Forms

The Strong-Huttig School District is moving to a Provision II District and need for every household to complete the Free & Reduced Lunch Forms.

After everyone completes them we will not need to complete them again for another 3-4 years.

It is very important that all students have a form with their name on it. IF there are multiple students in one house, you only fill out one form per household.

Please assist us in completing this form so that everyone can continue enjoying a free breakfast and lunch. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. 

Forms may be picked up at the Central Office- Monday through Thursday between 7:30 and 5:30.

Remember that we will be off for the July 4^th Holiday.
